Each stage is an opportunity to share with the employees of refineries and petrochemical sites the Group&#8217;s business innovations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For the Innovation Mission of Total&#8217;s Refining and Chemicals division, which is carrying this project during the innovation celebration of <strong>the Innodays group<\/strong>, the objective is to reinforce its dynamics of industrial innovation even if it already counts more <strong>17 innovation challenges<\/strong> in one year, and 30,000 connections to the <strong>participative platform<\/strong> dedicated to employees&#8217; ideas.
