D\u2019o\u00f9 la diff\u00e9rence, entre\u00a0 des start up qui ont tout \u00e0 inventer \u00ab\u00a0from scratch\u00a0\u00bb (et donc rien \u00e0 perdre\u00a0!) et les entreprises p\u00e9rennes qui ont \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ce dilemme\u00a0: que garder pour prolonger la tradition &#8211; en terme de culture, d\u2019organisation, de r\u00e9partition des ressources\u2026 ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et que sacrifier pour faire \u00e9merger les id\u00e9es nouvelles et leur permettre de se transformer en projets\u00a0? Quelle est la place du\u00a0 DRH pour g\u00e9rer ce dilemme\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Quand l\u2018 innovation est une tradition\u00a0!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour bon nombre d\u2019entreprises fran\u00e7aises, l\u2019innovation est inscrite dans leurs g\u00eanes\u00a0\u2026que ce soit au travers d\u2019une saga <strong>scientifique<\/strong> ou pour maintenir un niveau d\u2019excellence de service par de <strong>l\u2019innovation d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019innovation peut \u00eatre \u00a0frein\u00e9e par le poids de cette histoire\u2026et ce d\u2019autant plus quand elle est leader de son march\u00e9. Dans ce cas la <strong>tradition s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, tandis qu\u2019innover sur des march\u00e9s nouveaux, avec de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes pour de nouveaux produits, <strong>repr\u00e9sente plut\u00f4t un risque<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e du \u00a0Digital, une bonne occasion de booster sa culture innovation! <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout en tenant compte des valeurs de chaque entreprise et de son\u00a0 c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier, l\u2019innovation peut profiter du mouvement digital\u00a0et d\u00e9velopper (*)\u00a0: l\u2019ouverture pour <strong>\u00ab\u00a0l\u2019innovation ouverte\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> avec des partenaires ou le <strong>\u00ab\u00a0crowdsourcing\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> la <strong>coop\u00e9ration interne<\/strong> par la multidisciplinarit\u00e9 en cr\u00e9ant des ponts entre m\u00e9tiers, la participation en sollicitant le\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0bottom\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>mais aussi les clients. Elle passe par ces 4 piliers\u00a0(*): <strong>op\u00e9rations de sensibilisation,<\/strong> <strong>identification de profils de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/strong>, <strong>formation aux nouveaux outils et m\u00e9thodes<\/strong> et <strong>coaching pour un nouveau \u00ab\u00a0savoir-\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> ouvert, transverse et coop\u00e9rant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Le DRH partenaire du directeur de l\u2019innovation !<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour mener cette transformation dans ses \u00e9quipes le Directeur Innovation a besoin du soutien des RH.
