En consid\u00e9rant les entreprises les plus avanc\u00e9es en terme de digitalisation et qui ont investi dans des comp\u00e9tences digitales, cette \u00e9tude a permis de mesurer que celles-ci sont en moyenne 26% plus profitables que leurs comp\u00e9titeurs\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences cr\u00e9e donc une nouvelle guerre des talents, il ne suffit plus d&#8217;aller chercher des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque d\u00e9partement de l&#8217;entreprise mais d&#8217;\u00eatre le premier \u00e0 trouver la perle rare : des comp\u00e9tences digitales et fonctionnelles en m\u00eame temps. La chasse aux talents se manifeste \u00e0 travers l&#8217;enti\u00e8re organisation avec une ampleur nouvelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette r\u00e9volution est une vraie opportunit\u00e9 pour la DRH qui peut prendre la posture d&#8217;une entit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique influente dans la transformation<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exploiter les opportunit\u00e9s du digital pour recruter , fid\u00e9liser et former<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La DRH doit en effet exploiter les opportunit\u00e9s offertes par le digital, pour recruter ces nouveaux talents(cf billet sur l&#8217;exemple BNP ), en recruter lui-m\u00eame \u00e0l a DRH pour ses propres besoins mais aussi dans son r\u00f4le de service \u00e0 destination des m\u00e9tiers. La DRH se positionne au regard de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s (\u00e9volution du management, formation,\u2026), de nouveaux risques (fracture num\u00e9rique entre \u00ab Natives \u00bb et \u00ab Immigrants \u00bb, risques psychosociaux, r\u00e9putation,..), et d&#8217;une nouvelle organisation du travail (hi\u00e9rarchie aplanie, logique de collaboration,\u2026).La formation va prendre un nouveau visage avec la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des MOOCs d&#8217;entreprise et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements auto-apprenants<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anticiper la diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 venir&#8230;et les exigences du salari\u00e9 -consommateur<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois recrut\u00e9s , il faut fid\u00e9liser ces nouveaux talents &#8230;et les RH doivent s&#8217;adapter aux salari\u00e9s qui ont un niveau d&#8217;exigence de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, de m\u00eame que dans la vie civile o\u00f9 ils sont &#8220;acteurs&#8221; de leur consommation et sont sollicit\u00e9s pour participer \u00e0 la conception des produits (&#8220;l&#8217;\u00e9coute client &#8220;du marketing ), les salari\u00e9s s&#8217;attendent dans l&#8217;entreprise \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9s, voire sollicit\u00e9s pour des id\u00e9es de transformation ou de reconnaissance, et a fortiori pour les talents qui sont au centre de sollicitations permanentes des concurrents.Les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, celles des enfants rois, tellement habitu\u00e9es au cooconing familial ,auront des exigences de protection de non frustration et de satisfaction de besoins imm\u00e9diats qu&#8217;il faudra anticiper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin il va bien falloir que les DRH adoptent des modes de relations diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s pour anticiper 2020, quand 60% des collaborateurs seront issus de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y et 4 \u00e0 5 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de salari\u00e9s cohabiteront ensemble dans l&#8217;entreprise !une nouvelle guerre \u00e0 venir &#8230;celle de la cohabitation des talents!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 77% des entreprises, le manque de comp\u00e9tences est l&#8217;obstacle majeur \u00e0 leur transformation digitale La guerre des talents annonc\u00e9e prend aujourd&#8217;hui un tour nouveau ..celui de la p\u00e9nurie des comp\u00e9tences digitales.
