Main accomplishments:
  • Definition and implementation of the strategic communication plan for France Telecom group Innovation notably vis à vis priority targets (internal, press, shareholders, stakeholders…)
  • Definition and operational launching of sustainable development trends for R&D (energy economy for technology, “green live box”…, ) in the SSR group policy.
  • Organisation of communication by merging existing teams (40 people) and the leading of a network of communication correspondents (30 people)
  • Contribution  to the cultural change of the R&D via the leading of the Management Committee of FTR&D (team-building, 360°, Human Asset Development) and measures for internal communication

Missions:

  • Contribute to spread a culture and modes of management that conduce to innovation within France Telecom
  • Ensure that FT is recognised as an innovative company in the international opinion
  • Foster awareness and recognition of the Branch by highlighting its cross functional actions within the group

Main accomplishments:

  • Contribution to the favorable trend of the perception of the role of FT as an Internet player by the launching of a Group  opinion campaign , leading the Internet communication co-ordination committee for the FT Group as well as the design and implementation  of the Net Company Days (4000p.)
  • Contribution to the recognition of the value of «innovation» (creation of the” Innovation Gardens”)

  • Creation and general phasing in of the  «mono-clients»  meetings aimed at deepening the relationship on a  client-account.
